Glenelg BMW

Glenelg BMWSocial Media & Event CapturesOngoing

One of two BMW dealerships in South Australia and the only one providing a BMW Motorrad service, we partner with Glenelg to capture marketing content on an ongoing basis. We capture both photo and video content of the vehicles for social media as well as capture events and special projects with the team.

The brief

Glenelg BMW is one of two BMW dealerships in South Australia and the only one running a BMW Motorrad service, which means the floor covers everything from a family SUV to an adventure motorcycle. The brief was never a campaign with a start and an end date. It was a standing need for marketing content: enough new photography and video, month after month, to keep the dealership’s channels moving and to cover the events and brand partnerships the team runs through the year. Consistency mattered more than any single hero piece.

The approach

We shoot on location at the Glenelg dealership and on the streets around it, which is where these cars are actually seen. Working the forecourt, the showroom and the palm lined roads along the coast gives every set of images a real sense of place rather than the anonymous studio look dealership content usually defaults to. Because the Motorrad side of the business is unique in the state, it gets its own attention rather than being treated as an afterthought to the cars. Sessions are planned so one visit produces both the vehicle features and the detail frames that fill the gaps between bigger moments.

What we delivered

An ongoing run of photography and video across the model range, from an M4 and an X6 through to the F 900 and the wider Motorrad line up, alongside dealership and event coverage. Vehicle features are cut for social, and the stills carry across posts, stories and the dealership’s own marketing. Event and special project work sits on top of the monthly rhythm as the calendar demands it. Because the partnership is ongoing, the library builds continuously rather than resetting with every campaign.
